Welcome to Bronson-Tate Architectural Models
We are providers of "F" scale kits to the Garden Railroad Community.
All of our kits are produced from Laser and machine cut
Aircraft grade Baltic Birch plywood and Cyprus, Basswood & Red Oak strip wood.
To insure a quality product and ease of assembly,
we maintain a 0.005" tolerance on all of our cuts.
Although there are some cuts and drilling that the assembler must preform,
we have tried to keep them to a minimum,
thus requiring only general hand tools to complete the kit.

LATEST CASTINGS UPDATE

We are now able to announce that our "cast metal detail parts" problem has now ended.

With the purchase the needed casting equipment and supplies, Bronson Tate, in conjunction with R&K RR Products has now brought the entire casting operation, in-house.
Beings that we are no longer at the mercy of an outside casting company, we are in a better position to control both the quality and quantity of castings.

There are some significant changes to the castings that will effect you the kit buyer and builder.
1) All castings will now be 100% Lead Free.
2) With this new alloy, the parts are stiffer and stronger.
3) As casting production ramps up, delays due to out-sourced casting production issues, will end.

All back-ordered kits are now shipped and stocks are slowly building back up.

Future Kits

With our casting problems now behind us, we are able to get back on track with old projects. This includes the rest of the Colorado Central passenger cars i.e. Coach #1 & 2, Coach #3 & 4 and Baggage car #2. Also the D&RG Class III freight cars are well on their way to production.
Look for prototypes of all of these in the comming months.

Mimi with Roger's Cab

Bronson-Tate wants to show off David Fletcher's Mimi
with our Rogers Wooden Cab installed.
David, took an off-the-shelf Mimi, after installing our Roger's Wooden Cab
and simply removed the trailing rear axle to create this stunning Ruby variant.

More Crates

Bronson-Tate has been working on some new and larger crates.
Several folks have requested larger crates, so here they are.
These kits are produced from Basswood. A departure form the first ones,
which were cut from Birch Plywood.
These are also designed so that the lids are removable.

Kit Series

SILVER SERIES
The Silver Series are our structure kits.

SILVER MOUNTAIN:
These kits are based off of real buildings and are designed using blue prints, drawings and/or photos of the actual structures.
SILVER CREEK:
These are our "GENERIC" structures. Although not modeled after a particular building, they are designed using common building dimensions and practices.

MAINLINE SERIES
The Mainline Series are our rolling stock kits.

MAINLINE HERITAGE:
These rolling stock kits are designed using blue prints, drawings and/or photos of the actual car.
MAINLINE CLASSIC:
As with the Heritage kits, these kits are also designed using blue prints, drawings and/or photos but are based off of more generic photo-types

TRACK SIDE SERIES
The Track Side Series section is where you will find our add-on kits along with other detail items to enhance your layout.

MASTER CLASS
The Master Class Series of kit were designed By David Fletcher for use with his MyLargeScale.com Master Class series. They are offered at minimal costs as a building aid to his projects.
